Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Lupo Nero and to every agreement concluded via luponero.nl. You can read and save these terms before placing an order.

Article 3 – The offer
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours in photos may differ slightly due to screen settings. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us.

Article 4 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded as soon as you have placed and paid for your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email.

Article 5 – Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout, before you pay. You pay when placing your order using one of the payment methods offered.

Article 6 – Delivery
We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of the European Union. We ship orders within 1 business day. If we cannot deliver an order within 30 days, we will let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge. The risk of loss or damage remains with us until the parcel has been delivered to you.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Read how returning works in our return policy.

Article 8 – Warranty
Our products conform to the agreement and to what you may reasonably expect. Your statutory rights always remain in force.

Article 9 – Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Email us at info@luponero.nl. We will respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can also submit your complaint via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 11 – Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement with Lupo Nero. If you live in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country also continue to apply.
