We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of the European Union.

Delivery time

Your order is shipped within 1 business day. In the Netherlands it usually arrives within 1 to 2 business days. Belgium and the rest of the EU usually take a few business days longer. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.

Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Changing your address

Please check your address carefully when ordering. Spotted a mistake? Email us as soon as possible at info@luponero.nl. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer change the address.

Delayed, lost or damaged

Is your parcel delayed, lost or did it arrive damaged? Email us with your order number and, in case of damage, clear photos of the parcel and the item. We'll work with you to find a solution. Lupo Nero remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you.
